Our DIY Rear Axle Weld on C-Notch kit is CNC laser cut from 7ga (3/16") thick USA steel sheet and is created for capable and skilled welder / Do-it-yourself users out there. Please note that this kit features 3.2" to 3.5" wide plates so the end product will be a pair of 3.5" wide C Notches for both sides of the rear frame. This kit consists of a total of 16 pieces that are all ready to be welded together and our kit is completed designed for 1963-1972 C10 specific bed frame (crooked frame). StreetRays DIY C-Notches are designed to increase overall suspension travel on pickup / trucks that are utilizing lowering kits that caused limited rear axle travel. They will provide an additional clearance that lets you lay frame on 26" wheels. If you can weld yourself, this DIY C Notch kit is definitely the best bang for your bucks!
