The blem is rub marks from shipping and stacking. The plastic may have wrinkles, ripples, discolored spots, scratches, gouge marks, or other physical defects. There may be a slight color difference between the front and the rear fender, and an exact color match cannot be guaranteed. There may be other slight surface imperfections that would not show up in a picture. In some cases, stock mounting hardware is used to mount the fenders.
