Technics SL-1200 Mk 1 Speed Repair Kit Capacitors Turntable Rebuild Recap Set

Description: Up for sale here is this complete rebuild kit for the Technics SL-1200 (Mk1, the original one) turntable. This is all the capacitors you need to replace all of the electrolytic capacitors in your turntable, plus all the transistors needed to replace the original ones. Leaky capacitors can damage the IC chips, so even if your turntable is working, you should still recap it. Please note that this kit is for the original SL-1200 (Mk 1) only. It will not work on the other versions. I have a kit for the SL-1200 MK2 available here. This kit includes replacements for all 13 electrolytic capacitors on the boards, plus 14 transistors. There are two different versions of this board, with the C9 capacitor changing, and this kit includes enough caps to rebuild either version. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I work on vintage stereo gear. Capacitors are Nichicon PW, Wima film, and one Supertech axial capacitor. Transistors are new Fairchild/Onsemi. I will include fairly basic instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron.
