Still sealed. Never opened. This is item was part of the pre-production process of this figure. It is a QC Signed sample. As you can see in the 2nd and 3rd pictures it has been signed and dated by one of the engineers working on the toy line at the time. The figure also has an internal factory tracking number stamped on his foot (see 4th picture) This figure may differ from the normal final production item that was released. It may have different paint / deco applications. Great piece of prototype Pre-Production for any Turtles toy collector. Cardboard packaging has some storage wear in places and also the bubble packaging has some bashing from being in storage with other figures. Figure is approximately 5" inches tall.
