Description: Terry Davidson and the Gears-"Bangshift"--1986 LP. The Gears are a band from Columbus Ohio. If you grew up here and are of a certain age this band is probably familiar to you. This album is American Rock. Terry Davidson played with the Gears way back in the mid 60's, when they performed cover songs and played in battle of the bands in Columbus at venues like Valleydale. This is a great record to have in your collection. Genre= "Locally grown and popular bands". The record has been well cared for and is still wrapped in it's original shrink. We cleaned it using a Spin Clean MK2 record cleaner with distilled water. We play tested it here in the Iconikrock basement using an Audio Techinica ATLP120XUSB turntable. The vinyl plays great on both sides. We rate the vinyl as VG+ listening and the cover is still in VG+ condition.There is a great song on side 2 called Hound Dog Blues that you have to listen to. We have put the record in a new black paper inner sleeve and put the album in a new vinyl outer sleeve for protection. We will ship the record securely packed in a cardboard record mailer using USPS media mail rates. If you buy it, play it often and play it loud.
