As, Is, As found, with a rose (who knows how old??) stuffed in between pages 174 & 175. As pictured. Fascinating antique book!! DIFFICULT TO FIND THIS TORONTO, CANADA EDITION! Condition: Pretty good in general. Intact, with fragile binding, with some separation there, especially as pictured at the beginning and end in the last two photos. Some wear to the cover, but not bad. There is a Rose stuffed in there as mentioned. Stains in the upper right corner throughout don't interfere with the writing at all, and seem to almost add a touch of charm, almost as to frame the words in. NO name in front, but there was a stamp on page 7...! Please see all around with many pics to see what you think.. Not sure of the exact value in today's market, so please feel free to make me an offer, and we can see... No need to wonder the details of how it looks, I try to take you around, and on through the book with all the photos... Trying to convey the flaws I have noticed where there are imperfections.
