They feature smooth rolling wheels with metal axles, measure nearly 10 inches long when hitched together, and are approximately 1:24 scale. Made from slightly stiff tan color HDPE plastic with lots of crisp detail and very little flashing. Modeled after the Willys MB Army vehicle and the M3 37mm Artillery. Tim Mee first produced toy from the 1950's to the 1990's and modified the tooling several times over the decades until the final version seen here. We're extra pleased with this reissue to include an optional sticker sheet with the classic stars and serial number stickers that were discontinued decades ago. In honor of its' triumphant return the manufacturer has restored and updated vintage package art based on the iconic USMC Bantam Jeep test photo. These are real and sturdy American Made toys, meant to be rolled around, knocked over, picked up and played with for years to come. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
