Description: Rare and unusual antique Teco Pottery matte green bulbous vase, shape #533. This nice size vase is similar in shape to Teco #367, designed by W. D. Gates, but it is slightly larger and is hand inscribed "533" on the bottom. Covered in Teco matte green glaze with an excellent application of charcoaling. Signed "Teco" and "533" on the bottom of the vase. The vase measures 5 1/2" tall, 5 1/4" wide body. In excellent condition, in the making minor edge roughness, a few insignificant bottom edge flakes.
