Description: This is an original NOS vintage cargo strap. It is the kind that goes around the circumference of an item. Of course it can be used for many other applications. It has a hook and bar type latch. When you go to close it the lever handle actually will pull the strap tighter like a chain binder or dog. I actually use one of these to keep the jerry can in place on my old jeep. It is just one of the many uses for this strap. The canvas strap is 56" long and 1" wide.
