This note is heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease/rust stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and several are large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss/surface damage exist); one tiny hole that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear/damage.
