Description: For sale here is a nice US WW2 Army Officer's Overseas Garrison Hat Cap. This cap is made of khaki worsted wool blend. The piping shows light age, dark toning, and a few small piques. The cap body also shows some light soiling, age, wear, and spot stains with some minor moth tracking. Inside, the cap is lined in brown satin and has a supple leather sweatband. The cap has a pin back snow flake Acid Test marked 2nd Lieutenant rank bar. The cap is size marked 7 1/4, but it fits just a tiny bit larger. The cap has no owner markings. This is a nice cap.
