It stays wound with the natural movement of your wrist during the normal course of your daily routine or can be wound manually by twisting of the crown. There is just something very sleek & sexy about an automatic watch. Especially with it's skeleton caseback which allows you to view it's intricate internals with 25 jewels as it goes about it's duty of precision timekeeping. This elegant classic time keeper is apx 20 years young yet has seen a very limited amount of actual wrist time during this period thus remains in an overall very good to excellent shape for it's age. Close examination with 2 straining naked eyes reveals a mark free crystal. Dial is crisp & clear. Bezel appears mark free. Some light contact marks to the sides of case. Even the FULL length OEM bracelet looks remarkable with very few micro marks observed. No stretch or slop to bracelet which should serve as a testament to the overall direct usage (or lack thereof) to the watch. Clasp is fully operational. As you can see, the watch has a nice fresh look to it with plenty of wrist/eye appeal. All in all, this watch remains highly desirable and you will be hard pressed to find another in the market today as they are becoming increasingly difficult to find in any shape. This is a really nice, super clean, fully functional, gorgeous thing of beauty and one you would want on your wrist. This would make the ideal watch for those important events, corporate office work or just play in style with the lady you are trying to impress or just add to your collection to proudly display. Watch has been professionally refinished and movement serviced so this thing is good for the next 20 years without needing anything. Important disclaimers: Keeps very accurate time for an automatic as it was just serviced and well within factory acceptable tolerance levels for this age. As with most any automatic, the timekeeping will rarely be as accurate as a battery operated quartz version. With that said, no warranties are made, expressed or implied as to the precision of this watches timekeeping accuracy. Additionally, all automatics do require some sort of servicing to the movement from time to time but you won't need to worry about this any time soon. Some specifics: Watch measures apx 1 5/8" or apx 41mm across case excluding crown and lugs. Width between the lugs is 21mm. Bracelet includes a full compliment of factory issued links and should accommodate up to an apx 8 1/4" wrist circumference (or smaller). Individual links can easily be removed for any downsizing. NO add'l links are included so please bear this in mind prior to placing a bid/offer. Any 21mm replacement leather/rubber strap would also work. Included is the ultra coveted classic watch, instruction manual and genuine inner/outer presentation boxes only (as seen in pic's, excluding background props). Nothing more, nothing less. I would recommend giving it an initial 25-30 twists of the crown when it first arrives to get it wound up and running. It will stay running indefinitely while worn.
