This vintage Caterpillar 1:16 scale sheeps foot is USA MADE, The plastic drums do need some repair work as a few have some of the round spikes missing and some holes in the drums. Or could be displayed with the drums rotated to show the good sides, Great hard to find collectable, unlike the newer ones this one has ROUND spikes not square spikes. The sheeps foot has a metal frame and hitch, some paint/decal chips from playing.
