THIS PLAYSET COMES WITH A NUMBER OF ITS ORIGINAL PIECES AND IS CLOSE TO COMPLETE. INCLUDED IN THE SALE IS THE FOLD OUT PLAYSET, BED, SOFA, COFFEE TABLE, 2 STACKS OF BOOKS, PHOTO, TV/LP PLAYER, LAMP, 2 CHAIRS, OTTAMAN, MIRROR, 3 PILLOWS, 4 RECORDS, 1 MAGAZINE AND 2 WALL SUPPORT CLIPS. This vintage playset is in great used condition. There is some general wear on the cardboard and some very minor rust on one of the latches. The original seam tape is very brittle and has small chips out of it. One of the exterior panels has a drawn mark on it but just one stroke.. very minor. There is some very minor wear on the furnishings.. mainly on their feet. There is one structural screw in each side.. one is missing but the special bolt is still there.. could be fixed easily. There is some minor overall playwear and some minor scuffs and dirt. Please remember that all vintage and used items have odors from their various origins. They are acquired from places like swap meets, estate sales, thrift stores, flea markets and yard sales making their histories unknown. They could be environmental from storage or from pets or smoking. We bag and box all items for storage once in our possession to protect and we do our best to clean or disclose anything we can notice, if you are sensitive to such things, please be advised there are no returns for this reason.
