It does not have a date, but I "THINK" this was made around the 1970's - give or take. The condition is VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT. It holds air fine and IT DOES NOT LEAK. About the only flaw is, that there are some small stains along one edge. (See close-ups with pencil point.) This is sized for a very small child or toddler. Again, NOT FOR USE. This item is DECADES old, and I would not entrust it with the safety of a child. It holds air and displays very nicely. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
