The only reason I listed it as used is because it appears that the box may have been opened at one point. Although it does not appear that the ball was ever removed from the packaging, dust has crept in to the ball housing as seen in photos. The "Try me" function is not working (most of them won't due to age). However, it may work perfectly well once the battery is switched out - I cannot guarantee the functionality though.
