Description: This is an original vintage (mid 20th century) art deco style round frameless wall mirror featuring an etched silver mirror on top (looks blue in the photos due to reflection of the sky) with blue mirror along the bottom and bevel all the way around. The silver mirror has a tropical scene etched in the back surface including a flamingo, palm tree, and flying birds. The blue mirror along the bottom gives the illusion of water. Condition is good and the entire piece is sturdy, solid, and fully functional. There is some damage to the glass (flakes along edge, only on the back surface, shown in the photos) and some bubbling and loss to the blue finish on the bottom mirror. The silver mirror has some very faint cloudy streaks but is really in great shape overall with no obvious aging or loss. The mirror is attached to a solid wood frame on the back and there is an old hanging wire on the back that should be tested for strength before use. The mirror measures 25 1/2" in diameter.
