I do not play but I did try and it sounded correct and good and cool when you push the side piece to change keys or notes( showing my ignorance here) this appears to be a large harmonica. Measures approximately 6.5” long including piece on the end and about 1-5/8” wide over an inch thick , some minor pitting shown in photos and pointed outMade in Germany. Four full octaves.
