Vintage Barbie Doll 1960s Clothes Original Near Complete Enchanted Evening #983

Description: This vintage Barbie Enchanted Evening #983 from 1960-1963 is one of the most elegant gowns in Barbie's vintage wardrobe. She will be unforgettable in this beautiful pale pink strapless satin gown with a long draping train on one side. At the waist is a sweet fabric rose accent, and to keep her shoulders warm, she has a white rabbit stole with a pink satin lining. To complete the look are long white tricot gloves, clear open-toed mule heels with gold glitter (JAPAN), and drop pearl earrings. The original three-row pearl choker to this set is missing, but I have included an original vintage graduated pearl necklace. This ensemble is an original from Mattel and made specifically for Barbie as part of the Ponytail Barbie product line and fits a 12-inch fashion doll. It is in excellent used condition, with very little signs of wear, no tears or holes that I have noticed. There is a very faint pink spot on the dress and a slight yellow spot that I have tried to show in the pictures. Both are barely noticeable, but I wanted you to know. There is also a small yellow spot on the lining of the stole. The snaps and closure on the stole are intact and in excellent working condition. This stunning ensemble is a must-have for every vintage Barbie collector, or anyone wanting to give their Barbie a true touch of class.
