Description: Stunning sculpture of Guan Yin. She is seated on a pink lotus pedestal with what looks to be two koi fish jumping from a lily pond. A red and gold censer sit on the edge of the pond. There is a deer on one side and a crane on the other. A small child sits on each. Lung Nu is the girl child on the left, she has a pleasing and calming expression. She is dressed in gold and has a jade green necklace on and a lotus flower in her hand. Shan Tsai is the boy child on the right, he has a very pensive expression. He is dressed in gold, wears a gold bead necklace with a jade pendant and has his hands together in prayer. Kwan Yin is the central figure, ornately draped in gold, pink and green. She is holding a large vase in her hand. A golden, white, pink and green halo circle above her head. A golden tassel hangs from a cherry blossom tree on one side and from a green tree on the opposite side. The back is lightly marked with gold-colored lines and what may be a signature. There is a small separation in the porcelain on the back by a tree and by the halo. Over-all it is in excellent pre-owned condition. It could use a nice intricated dusting. It measures 13 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep. Thanks for looking.
