I don't see anywhere it tells me the horse power. There is a 1921 patent date just under the Dumore name. The motor kicked on instantly and seems to run fine. Thats as far as I was able to test it since I don't have a metal lathe. It comes with the case and everything pictured. There is no belt with it.
