The box's front has a metal plates with "Liberty National Life Ins. Co." and the company's logo, a drawer pull, and is a collectible item for those interested in banking and insurance history. Newspapers advertisements reveal these were used as Safety Deposit boxes with Liberty National Bank. This box measures 12 inches long x 5.5 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall and weighs 2 lbs 1.6 ounces. Condition: As shown in the photos, this box is quite rustic with a bit of rust and scratches. There is a dent on the top and the lock combination is unknown, but the box remains unlocked.
