Description: ** Vintage - INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER - ICE CREAM ++ Container - DaTeD 1943 -- Up for bid/sale is this VINTAGE and Very Seldom Seen "INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER Brand - FROZEN FOOD CONTAINER" -- I purchased this at an ESTATE SALE over 15 years ago and it has been in storage ever since -- I'd bet you never seen one of these before -- when put together, it is about the same SIZE as a 1/2 Gallon ICE CREAM Container -- it is DATED 1943 -- a picture of "IRMA HARDING" is on it and she tried to get women to "stop" caning and "start" freezing items back in the mid to late 1930's -- she is "connected" to International Harvester as they made Freezers back than!! -- -- a GREAT "COLLECTIBLE"!! -- it is UNUSED but shows a little wear from age and please NOTE that someone had printed a name and 1949 on them (just to the left of the "IH" in Red and Black) in pencil -- it has been erased but barely visible (you probably would have never even noticed it if I didn't mention it) -- I'll ship it "Flat" just like you see it -- it sure would look great FRAMED -- SEE my other "Auctions" and "STORE" for MANY more "UNUSUAL ITEMS" and YES, I'll combine shipping when possible, simply REQUEST and WAIT for an invoice FROM me BEFORE you pay!!-- -- ---------------- WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET!! ++++++++ -- eBay NOW collects state sales tax (IF applicable) ****LASTLY, the MAJORITY of the items I sell are either ANTIQUES or USED MERCHANDISE, do not EXPECT antiques or used merchandise to be "out-of-the-box" brand new and perfect items.
