Description: For sale are these two vintage MCM brass sleeping lion bookends in very good condition with no dents. What I see are some minor scratches along the sides which I have seen on other bookends like these online so seems common to them. No scratches on lions. Should clean up nicely. They are reproductions of ones deigned by Antonio Canova (1757--1822) and were made in Italy. Eqch one measures 7 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches deep and 4 1/4 inches high. Handsome bookends to add to your collection.
