Description: This set of vintage Minton bone china cups and saucers are in the Henley pattern. They were made in England and are a true vintage find. Care instructions recommend hand wash only to preserve the quality of the bone china material. A little history from the internet: Minton China began in 1793. Minton studied under Spode, Wedgewood and Adams. In 1824, Minton built a new factory and expanded the company's range to include decorative ware. I am not sure how old this piece is. Minton Manufacturing closed its doors in 1968. These Henley cups and saucers have a manufacturing span from 1951 onwards, so there is a 17 year span when these china pieces could have been produced. We do know they are over 50 years of age. Minton products have impeccable craftsmanship and timeless designs. They are beautiful and sophisticated.
