Description: Vintage Nancy Ann Dolls The 4 seasons Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn on stands The Doll Hugs Shop Presents Vintage Nancy Ann dolls Offered for sale this week are 4 of the Nancy Ann dolls for the seasons. They are part of the Seasons Series. Nancy Ann dolls began in the 1930's and were known for their fancy dresses and pouty features. This set dates from 1943-1945. They are 5-1/2" tall with all bisque bodies. Shoes are painted on and black slipper style and legs are frozen in place. They have jointed arms. As was customary the dresses are closed by a safety pin. They do not include boxes but do have stands. Shown in order Winter #93 in polka dot overskirt. Spring #90 with netting over dress and floral hair ribbon, Summer ##91 and Autumn #93. WE know her bonnet is on wrong!
