Description: These are a PAIR of vintage MCM small pin/coin /candy TRAYS. They are METALLIC FOIL with GLASS on the tops and painted PIGSKIN leather on the backs. This style of art originated in Mexico in the 1960s. It was later copied in Canada and called SEETUSEE. The process was the same, but the back color was more gold and usually stamped. I would guess these are from Mexico (possibly Nogales), as the color is more orange and not stamped. Sizes are 6-1/2" x 4-1/2" in size. They are curved upward about one-half inch in height. Both pieces are in very good condition. However, one back has some scuff/rub mark's. These would look great in your MCM decor!
