The mugs hold a full 8 ounces with room to spare.The mugs are a deep, rich cobalt blue with tiny white specks.The cups are not stained, as one might expect from frequent tea or coffee use. One mug has some chipping around the rim and handle. Given the lack of use, I suspect these flaws are typical of enamelware manufacturing. Please see the photos and feel free to ask questions.
