Her head is stitched to her soft floppy body which is dressed in a white shirt and pastel blue pants and tiny pink ribbon bows tied at her ankles. NO BOX, tags have been removed, per pictures. This Sleepy Baby is in very good vintage condition. She has no rips or tears. Her clothes have minimal spotting, due to age .
