Description: This is a vintage 1950s or 1960s rhinestone brooch. It is a leaf-shaped spray with ruby red and pink prong-set rhinestones on goldtone metal. There are 11 red rhinestones that are navette-shaped and 10 pink rhinestones that are chaton cut (round). One of the pink rhinestones is larger than the others and the brooch has an asymmetrical, undulating flow. It has a nice sparkle and the metal has retained its shiny gold color all these years. It is unmarked, so I do not know the manufacturer. Measurements: 2 1/2 inches in length and about 1 1/2 inches at its widest from top to bottomWeight: 1/2 ounce This brooch was purchased at a vintage shop in the 1980s, but it was never used. It has been carefully stored and is in excellent condition.
