Description: It is our pleasure, to offer for your consideration from our personal collection in our smoke-free home: A vintage solid wood Mallard Duck Decoy by "The Boyds Collection", 1982-87. It is beautifully hand-carved and hand-painted and has glass eyes. This is an extremely nice duck decoy that is in very good, vintage condition. It has a beautiful aged patina. It would make a wonderful addition to any collection. The approx measurements are 11-1/2" long, 4" wide, and 5" tall. This has very light signs of wear and aging. It is not new so please expect slight imperfections from an item that has been used and handled. It has very limited, slight edgewear and a few light smudges, scratches and chips in the paint (there is a 1/8" long white spot on the duck's left cheek). There might be a few very tiny paint touch-ups on the tip of the duck's beak but these are difficult to see in normal viewing. There is a very fine line around the base of the neck, perhaps a joint line. Please review the photos as they are a part of the description.
