Description: This Listing is for a Vintage 1930's-1940's Composition 13” Effanbee Patsy Doll. She Has Vtg Handmade Clothes Which Include Her Bloomers, Dress, Flower Basket, Nylon Socks and Leather Shoes. The Shoes Are Marked, "Shirl-A-Lee" Which is a Rare Quality Doll Shoe. She Comes With a Metal Stand and a "Horseman" Box Although She Was Made By Effanbee. Her Hair Has an Indent for a Headband and She Was Made That Way. She Has Fixed Eyes and a Bowtie Red Mouth. So Sweet and Full of Memories!! Very Nice Condition for a 84+ Year Old Pre-Owned Doll. No Breaks. Stringing is Good. The Torso Has Hairline Cracks on Front & Back. Not Too Bad. A Few Paint Chips on the Torso as Well. Feet, Hands and Head Are Good. With Her Clothes On, There Are No Issues in the Composition. Please See My Photos in the Enlarged Mode.
