Subject: Portrait of a live tom turkey with its tail feathers fanned out inside a wide, gilded gold border; and a small vignette, at the bottom, of a pretty blue and white teacup and saucer with gilded gold rims, white cloth napkin, and a spray of red leaves. Greeting: "Greetings for Thanksgiving Day."Embellished with a 3D satin ribbon flower, about 2 inches in diameter, with embroidered center hand sewn to card.Tiny, colored glass beads that sparkle like glitter are glued onto the front, highlighting the turkey and leaves.Production technique: Postcard was manufactured by gluing 2 cards together to hide the back of the ribbon flower and embroidery.
