Description: This vintage Gabriel Electric Pottery craft motorized potter's wheel, made in the United States in 1977, has become a hard to find gem for children who grew up in the 70s. Comes complete with everything from the original package. Unfortunately the clay has hardened and the paint has dried up but the potters wheel still works and actually is in very good shape. No corrosion or heavy scratches. Appears to have been kept in its box and used very little. It did take a bit of trial and error to get it powered up. I tucked a piece of tin foil in-between the battery and terminal to keep the fit tight and metal contacts connected. Hard to see but if you look closely and compare photos you can make out the wheel and motor moving. Really neat pick up! And getting very hard to find especially complete like this one is! It is perfect for pottery enthusiasts, collectors, or just a 1970s child craving some nostalgia!
