Description: Charming hand painted winter landscape scene hand painted on a 9 1/2" old square notched/toothed tile trowel. Nicely done in a folk art style in oil it features a pretty snowy winter scene with a country cottage and barn a water wheel, horse pulling sleigh and trees and mountains against a bluish grey sky background.Has a glazed finish. Not sure of correct spelling of the artist's name but it does appear on the piece. The vintage trowel has a unique style with a one piece coiled metal handle. Rust on backside from age and use.
