Beautiful hand painted plate/bowl wall hanging by renowned Artist H Bequet, made in Quaregnon, Belgium. Bequet was known for his colorful, high-quality ceramic pieces with gold rims and elaborate decoration. This is a studio pottery piece made during the mid-20th century, based on the use of the mark. Beautiful rich colors of pink, teal, blue and yellow. The gold rim and gold decorations throughout are excellent condition with no color loss. There are 2 holes on the back in the foot of the bowl enabling this piece to be hung. This piece of pottery is in very good condition for its age.
