This is a double handled large heavyweight frying with a vented lid. It's made of 5-ply Nicromium Surgical Steel. This brand is acclaimed for healthy cooking style. It features an extra long handle for safely frying foods. It has double handles for easy lifting. It comes with a matching lid. There is a vent hole in the interior of the lid that vents out through both sides of the top finial knob handle. The 5-ply construction ensures even heat distribution and the vented lid allows for steam to escape. This pan is perfect for frying chicken or other proteins and snacks. It's also large enough for cooking smaller batches of soups, stews, or a generous family size portion of pasta sauce or gravy. It measures approximately 11" across the top opening. It's 20" from the edge of one handle to the tip of the other handle. The longest handle is about 7". The other handle is a loop grip style. The pan is about 3" deep not including the lid. This is a very high-quality heavy-duty pot in super pre-owned condition. It's got minimal signs of use, including light surface scratches. There is some light discoloration on the underside, and a bit on the bottom interior. No chips, dents, dings, etc. It is stable and sits flat, no warping or wobble. Both handles are tight and look good. Overall in just clean, very nice vintage pre-owned condition. I ended up keeping the last piece of this vintage brand of cookware that I found and I really like it.
