Description: For sale is an Original Special Privilege Card. I haven't been able to find out much about these because there doesn't seem to be much info on them. I believe it is pre WWII. It granted you leave from your post and you'd present it to the MP. This one was issued to a gentleman who worked in the medial department at Tripler General Hospital. Tripler General Hospital was built within Fort Shafter in 1907. This card is in pristine condition. It measures about 4" x 2.5". As is. Please feel free to ask any questions.
