One piece had been taped with pieces of gummed tape and the piece is complete. All other pieces unaffected. Envelop is wrinkled at the bottom, missing the flap, edges chipped and small tears. Assembly instructions intact, complete, one small fold slit (see photo). (Please see all photos to further assess condition). Please check out the other patterns I have listed.
