Description: Up for your consideration is this beautiful and unusual vintage tribal Turkoman necklace! This made from good coin silver. The horse pendant features orange carnelian insets, and fire gilding. The beaded part features two gorgeous elongated gilt silver beads with applied granulation! Overall this necklace measures approximately 25" long in total wearable length. It is just strung on cord that is knotted at the back with no clasp. The pendant measures 3 1/4" long, by 2 1/2" wide. This is in overall very good vintage condition, with typical wear for this type of jewelry as is seen in the photos. There is also one dangle missing from the bottom of the horse as is seen in the photos. This piece weighs 54 grams on my digital scale.
