This Whimsies is one of twenty figurines from the Nursery Favorites Series including set 1 from 1972 (Green boxes): Jack, Jill, Little Miss Muffet, Little Jack Horner and Humpty Dumpty; set 2 from 1973 (Blue Boxes): Willie Winkie, Mary Lamb, Polly Kettle, King Cole and Tom Piper; set 3 from 1974 (Yellow Boxes): Little Boy Blue, Mary Mary, Cat & Fiddle, Queen of Hearts and Tommy Tucker; Set 4 from 1976 (Purple Boxes): Puss in Boots, Three Bears, Goosey Gander, Bo-Peep and Old Women in the Shoe. These figurines are approximately 3 inches in height and hand painted with much richer paints and shadings than the smaller Whimsies series. Seller combines shipping of multiple Whimsies purchases.
