Henry Rice in the 3rd Regiment, Third Brigade and First Division of the Militia Of Massachusetts ) Dated 28 Oct. 1814 and signed by Lt. Col. Daniel Messinger, Commander. This document is original and as shown. It is rough, missing some margin pieces to the extreme left, and is mounted on some older card stock, still a interesting and rare document from the War Of 1812. See my pictures.
