I sacrificed one card to take the pictures you see. Such a neat Gretzky item. This pop-up card/ad display was given away at the SkyDome in Toronto before a Toronto Blue Jays game in I believe 1997. The card features Wayne Gretzky in a Zurich Insurance hockey jersey on one side and a Montreal Canadiens player (animated, by artist Jim Craig) on the second side. The base of the card has "Zurich Supports Safety Awareness.", the Jr Jays logo and the Zurich Insurance logo on one side. The second side has "Live Right! Play Right! All Right! and the Zurich Insurance logo on the second side. The card measures approximately 5 inches in height when displayed, flat the card measures 5.25x4 inches. Don't miss out on this rare item.
