Description: This is a made with permission Winkler Karambit clone. I got permission from Mr Winkler to have a custom knife maker duplicate my actual Winkler Karambit . Mr Winkler stated he will never make them again and only made a few of them and they were sold through Blade Gallery many many years ago. I can provide proof of permission upon request. I had certain things slightly changed from the original that I feel improved. You would only notice this if you have held the original. This is not a slashing Karambit but one designed for puncturing, ripping and tearing per Mr Winkler. This piece has been heavily carried and tested on organic mediums. It has patina and tarnish on it also. I haven’t tried removing it because it doesn’t bother me at all but would be simple to do so. Kydex sheath included. The original Winkler Karambit sold for $350 when it was briefly available.
